No. VortEdge is designed to complement existing EHR, scheduling, payer, care-management, and outreach systems. Providers and their authorized care teams retain clinical responsibility and decision-making.

Who is VortEdge designed for?

VortEdge is designed for ACOs, MSOs, health systems, medical groups, and other organizations accountable for care access, quality, reimbursement, or total cost of care.

What role does AI play?

AI may assist with prioritization, summarization, and next-step support inside governed workflows. It does not replace provider judgment or independently make clinical decisions.

How does VortEdge approach privacy and security?

Privacy and security requirements are defined before protected health information is introduced. Applicable agreements, role-based access, minimum-necessary use, auditability, and approved technical safeguards are part of partner onboarding and deployment.

What does a design partnership involve?
